Adaptive Intelligent Recovery™
The Honeywell PRO 4000 Programmable thermostat is equipped with Adaptive Intelligent Recovery™ (AIR) system. This system allows the thermostats to “learn” how long the air conditioner or furnace takes to reach optimum temperature. The Honeywell Thermostat then turns on the heating or cooling to reach the temperature required.
Built-in Compressor Protection
The Honeywell 5-2 Day Programmable Thermostat is also equipped with a built-in compressor protection system. The compressor can be damaged if it is restarted too soon after shutdown. This integrated system in the Honeywell PRO Thermostat forces the compressor to wait for a few minutes before restarting
