Alex (salesperson) gave me all the nessessary infornmation to make the decision on the spot. I used their low-interest financing option to pay for my new furance. He also arranged the Enbridge audit so I could get $1600 rebate from Enbridege Gas. Two days after I first spoke with Alex my furnace was installed. The work was completed in one day. There were no surprising or additional cost at the end. The team worked well together as a team. They cleaned up after themself. They answered all my questions, and gave explanation when necessary. We installed it three months ago in September and last month bill was surprisingly much less than the same month last year. They explained each step in the progress, so I always knew what to expect. They showed extra care in the cleanliness and belongings of my home which I really appreciated. I had my furnace installed this weekend (Jan 24) and I have to say that my experience with CEM was quite enjoyable. First of all I would like to say that not all contractors are the same and your company just proved me that. Every steps of the process from our first consultation and untill today I always felt that I’m dealing with real pros. They explained me every step of the installation and everything happened exactly the way they told me with no surprises. I highly recommend them.
